Karyn is a marketing and communications professional with a great ability to build structure and processes in order to improve effectiveness.

Having worked in management roles for nearly a decade, Karyn has a proven ability to deliver strategic, professional and timely marketing, communications and public relations services.  She is a proven manager of people and projects and has strengths in teamwork, organising and coordinating, commercial awareness, negotiation and persuasion, project management, prioritising and change management.

Karyn has extensive experience in the commercial construction and residential construction industries as well as the sport and leisure and aged care industries. Having acquired a broad range of skills and knowledge Karyn prides herself on being a hardworking, fast operator who accepts nothing but quality outcomes.

Karyn established enginehouse marketing + public relations in 2013 in response to a need for an efficient, practical and reliable consultancy with a focus on adding value through understanding the individual business its working with and tailoring unique solutions.
